Part of Progressive Women's leadership workshop series with A New Kind of Leadership: Women's Leadership, why it's different and how to sustain it.

The workshop is facilitated by highly skilled and experienced leadership coach Isobel Gowan. Hear from Isobel who has an excellent understanding of women's leadership. The workshop will be interactive, sharing views with others and facilitating your own conclusions on what leadership means to you.

Isobel has served as Chief Executive of a large acute and community NHS Trust before starting her own business and working with A New Kind of Leadership (ANKLe). Isobel  has a BA Hons, Dip HSM, MSc in Organisational Behaviour, Level A and B in psychometrics - 16PF5, MBTI and is trained in Nancy' Kline's Thinking environment.

Isobel has substantial experience of developing and changing organisations as well as the people within them. She brings a range of skills which is based on extensive experience of the NHS having worked in it for almost 20 years, latterly as Chief Executive of a large acute and community Trust. Isobel works with a variety of clients across sectors. She also works with teams and Boards to develop their effectiveness. She has designed and run management development programmes as well as Action Learning Sets within the private and public sectors.
